What is the due date of the 3 installments?
The first installment will be debited immediately at the time of purchase while the remaining 2 will be debited within the following 2 months.
How are the installments paid?
When you create a Scalapay account, you agree to add a debit, credit or prepaid card on which the 3 installments will be automatically debited according to their respective due date as explained above.
Can I make a return?
You may return your orders in accordance with the seller's return policy. Scalapay will be notified directly by the seller once they have processed your return.
Once this notification has been received, we will cancel the remaining deposits still due and refund (partially or totally) the payments you have already made, directly to your card.
All payments made through Scalapay are handled by our partner Stripe. Stripe is the global leader in managing online payments and handles millions of transactions every day on sites such as Amazon, Shopify and Booking.com.
