How can I be sure of the authenticity of the products you sell?

At Le Sac d'Or, we guarantee the authenticity of all our products by providing you with 3 documents demonstrating the authenticity of the bag we are selling you:

  • The certificate of authenticity.
  • The authenticity card.
  • The invoice from our supplier (on request).

Who are your suppliers?

Our main supplier is The Brand Collector , a pillar of second-hand luxury since 2015 with an annual turnover exceeding 20 million euros.

How to verify the authenticity of a certificate?

In order to verify the authenticity of the certificate that we provide you, all you have to do is go to the following link ( click here ) and enter the reference of the certificate provided in the description of the item. You will then be able to find the certificate in PDF format.

Delivery and return

How soon will I receive my package if I place an order?

You will receive your order within 72 hours of purchasing it on our site.

What happens if the package is lost or stolen?

All our packages are delivered upon signature in the name of the person placing the order. In the event of loss or theft, all our packages are insured up to the price of your item. You will therefore receive a full refund.

Is 24 hour delivery available?

Yes, 24 hour delivery is available upon request.

Can I return or exchange a leather goods item if I am not satisfied?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days.

Are I responsible for return costs?

If you wish to return an item to us , you will not incur any costs . We will send you a return label within 48 hours of your request in order to make the return. We advise you to keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.

After a return after how long will I be refunded?

Once the package has been received, you will be refunded within 3 working days .

Which luxury leather goods brands do you offer in your store?

We currently only carry items from the Louis Vuitton brand.

How do I care for my luxury leather goods?

In general, it is recommended to avoid direct exposure to sunlight , water and other sources of heat, as well as to use care products specially formulated for quality leather .

Proper storage in a dry and ventilated place is also advised to preserve the shape and beauty of your items.

Do you offer repair services for leather goods purchased from your store?

Unfortunately no , but we do our best to find items in very good condition to satisfy you as best we can.

I want to sell my luxury leather goods, are you interested?

We do not generally purchase luxury leather goods from individuals.

However, in rare cases, we might consider purchasing an item in excellent condition , provided it is accompanied by an official invoice to guarantee its authenticity.
